Hi everyone, I just started posting on here a couple days ago and though it was time to finally introduce myself! I'm from upstate New York and have had the McPheever since the auditions. I'm a student at a small college around Albany (where I saw the recent concert minus Kat), and since school is out of session, I have had WAY too much time on my hands to listen to every Kat song over and over again... I even made my own compilation CD of her AI songs! A diehard fan, I hope I can make good contributions to the site!!

Our members online list is on a delayed time system lately--so you may actually be listed there as being here when you signed off half an hour ago. Well, welcome officially to the board, Spotlighter. I've seen your posts around and can tell you'll be a worthy contributor here to every topic. That's one thing I appreciate about every member who arrives: Most are passionate people about Kat (and the arts in general) who enjoy writing at length on various topics. Don't be afraid to write lengthy opinions, because we all enjoy reading them. I've enjoyed reading your posts already on various subjects in the last couple of days. Let's hope you're just a spotlighter and not actually in the spotlight. There's a considerable difference--and it makes you think that the spotlighter actually has a better life than the person in the spotlight. But, all kidding aside, it's always interesting to see people's SN's, and I frequently wonder where they got it from...despite being too personal sometimes. You arrived at a busy (though very important) time here. Expect a huge deluge of media content over the weekend because of Kat's triumphant return to singing and media appearances. So have fun taking it all in. It's obviously just the beginning of a ride that will last for decades to come. See you around the board...

Thank you for the warm welcome!! spotlighter was an old screename that I've had for years and has just grown on me to be one of those things I use very often online. I do agree with the passion both for Kat and the arts, which is how my screen name came to be. I am most definitely looking forward to this media frenzy and will certainly be putting my two cents in on everything... or maybe more like $100 worth? (My jokes are pretty awful too if you notice )
