It looks like I'm definitely the oldest in this group so far, I just turned 61 on 3/30,another Aries like Kat! I am a former vocal music teacher, turned spec. ed.teacher for emotionally abused teens. I hope to retire in '07 and find some time to travel and attend lots of live concerts, especially with Kat hopefully. I have one son and 2 cats.Music has pretty much been my life! And I was afraid that I would be the oldest!  I'm 46 and have been a huge fan of Madonna's for the past 22 years.  Now I am hopeful that Kat will have just as successful and long-lived a career as the queen of pop.

I am 39. I am a freelance artist and also work as a Branch Supervisor at our local library. I have been really busy getting ready for our summer reading program. I love working with the children. When I was in high school, I was in chorus and performed in numerous musicals. I love to sing!!! When I saw Kat perform the first time, I was so taken by her. She is a TRUE GEM, beautiful inside and out. We are all so lucky that our journey through life includes dear Katharine. As others have said, out of all the American Idol contestants, NO ONE compares to Katharine. She is a TREASURE.

I am 31, married and have 2 boys. I am a nurse, but stay at home now to be a mom. I have had music & voice lessons since I was 8 and have been in too many musicals to count. Currently I am one of the worship leaders at my church. (just a little background info!!) The second Kat opened her mouth to sing, I knew she was something special!!
