hi, i know this is a wierd question and all but my friend is getting her hair done and she likes katharines hair colour but we do not know what to tell the person the hair colour is. do you guys have an idea of what katharines hair colour is? thank you

It looks like that Kat is a brunette. I don't know that much about hair but I think brunette is a combination of blonde and brown hair mixed together as a color.

Kat and I have pretty close to the same hair color..and I've always said I was a "dark brunette" although people like to tell me all the time that I have "black hair" which I SOOO don't have..that's always kind of annoyed me when people try to tell me I do, heh! But anyway, my friends and I were discussing this one day because I was all like "I bet people try telling Kat she has black hair too.." when clearly she doesn't..and soo then we were all like "Sexy Hair really needs to bottle Kat's hair color.." and pretty much now I'm rambling hahaha, but whatever. But yess wouldn't it just be simple to go to your stylist (or rather colorist?) and be like "Yeah, I want the Katharine McPhee color." ummm..I'll shut up now

Yeah, I would say Kat is a dark brunette. But the idea of just bringing a pic is much easier than trying to describe the color.
