Hi katharine, how is your year starting off? Mine, well... 1) My friend ran away a week ago and nobody has a clue where the hell she is 2) My other friend has had some REALLY crazy family problems in the past week 3) Another friend is being accused of knowing where the runaway friend is and Me? Im just scared Im next. Nothing else to do but sit here and wait. It's only a matter of time before Im hit with the bad luck streak and things arent exactly going too well at the moment either. With all this crap going on, nobody's happy at the moment, everything sucks, and its just the same thing every day. But anyway... I guess what Im trying to say is through all this crap thats going on, all the worrying, misery and everything, I still know that my life does not suck. I am very fortunate and am blessed many things that other people arent fortunate enough to have. It's just another rough point in life and everybody has them (obviously) and you always have to stop and think that somebody has it worse than you do. You just have to do what you can, and what you can't do, well, you just have to wait and see what happens. Because what is meant to happen will, and there is nothing you can really do about it, you just wait for your time to come. Now, why am I telling you this? Just to put it how it is, before the days of Katharine McPhee, I never thought this way. It was always "my life sucks im gonna go emo and cut myself!!" (not really ive just had a thing for emo lately cause my ex is emo and I HATE HIS FRICKIN GUTS!! o sry nevertheless,) But when I saw you sing on AI, you honestly took my breath away. And when I started to learn more about you, you know, your battle with bulimia and all, I saw that you are just like everybody else. You have your problems, but you stayed strong and never gave up, and eventually you got through. You are a great role model and like many many others, I really look up to you. Now think about your middle name, "Hope". Wow, so much meaning in a four letter word. You had hope, and you gave me hope. Since I was struck with a BAAAADD case of McPheever, I have had even more hope. Whenever I have a problem, I just think of what you went through and try to see the bright side of everything. When I just want to go crawl up a hole, I think about you. You katharine, have the ability to brighten anyone's day. Even the most depressed, psychotic emo kid (and no im not talking about me because i am NOT emo). You have added another bright point to my day, and in doing that, changed my life forever. Katharine, you keep me sane. Love ya gurl ♥♥SB
