Having seen you perform on AI several weeks ago, I was instantly smitten with you, your talent, personality, and, of course, your beauty. Though I'm well beyond your years, I'm glad to count myself as a solid fan and one who, as many have come to express, has caught "McPheever!" I love your energy, style, and courage to try many different songs thus showing the range of your talent, thus far. I'm keeping prayers alive, fingers crossed, candles burning as gestures of hope that you will win -- why? I think you are already a terrific talent and person and one who has potential of not only lasting in the volatile music business, also one who can grow to the point of being a classic singer -- spanning many years and touching more than one generation. If this would be your dream and goal I would one among many who would support you the rest of my days! Having listened to the judges on all of your songs, I also concur with them regarding certain songs that seem like "this is Katharine at her best, in her realm, showing her real personality." And the songs that seem to resonate Katharine at her tops, thus far, are: "Until You Come Back to Me," "Think," "Come Rain or Come Shine," "Someone to Watch Over Me," "Since I Fell for You," "Black Horse and the Cherry Tree," "Bringing Out the Elvis" (yes, even if Simon thought it a bit strange). I wish you could have sung the full version of all these songs! The above are songs in which your personality, authority, and talent light up the room! You definitely have the WOW factor going for you -- such as to truly make the other singers, good as they are, seem more amateurish. Thine, John
