Hello Kat, I thought I'd write you a quick note of encouragement, just in case you are perusing this site while you are healing. I read the post from Chad that you are devasted and you hope the fans aren't too disappointed regarding your illness. First, you have to let any stress, tension, guilt, or devasting feelings go - LIFE happens and we get sick. You have been through some major life changes (not everyone becomes a major star in 6 months) and shared a lot with the public that would take a toll on one's health. I know you've mentioned you felt the love and strength from your fans during the competition - well just start channeling in on that again, because there is a huge outpouring of prayer, love and good wishes being sent to you right now! Take this time to relax and listen to some good music, since you can't talk. Music therapy is great for the spirit and body - listen to that song "Peace," by Norah Jones. Just focus only on your health right now and do not worry about anything else. When you do make the first performance, I know that lucky audience is just going to "raise the roof" at that auditorium - everyone will be so happy to see and hear you perform. Kat, thank you again for communicating to us fans through this site, it is so appreciated. I look forward to reading the answers to the questions. So, please get the proper rest you need, and I'll be praying for you to get better soon. Take care Kat and God bless you, Colleen (Co Baby)
