After last year's experiences with the hurricane here my family had lost interest in things like AI for this year. We voted and watched Ai4 with fervor (even attending the San Antonio concert two weeks before Katrina forever changed life as we knew it in New Orleans.) It was your audition, Katharine that made me and my daughter take notice again...that amazing voice so seasoned and brilliant coming from such an unassuming and gentle spirited young lady. We stood up and said.....I AM VOTING FOR HER, and did so I believe more than we had in all previous seasons. You never disappointed, you were honest and not afraid to be yourself... admirable qualities in this day and age for young people (even old people.) Stay true to yourself ...these fans over here are praying for you and love you... Can't wait to see the show in Charlotte NC. We wil be ther in all our KATPAK finery.
