And who did they pick as #1 then? If they picked a toothpick actress...then we know Hollywood's body issue problem is unfortunately irreversible.

I think Kat's workout plan of 45 minutes a day on a treadmill is about as good as you can get anyway. She just has naturally great legs--so that treadmill only helps partially. But they say just walking for about an hour several days a week is all you really need to burn calories and make your body look good. Those complete body workouts are starting to be put under a more suspect eye now for causing more injury to your body if you overdo it. Besides, I don't want to see a six-pack on Kat's belly. Female body builders usually make me want to lose my lunch.

As we've all said, that pic of Kat they used shows her at her absolute best. I loved how she looked clear back to the 'AI' audition though, but I admit her body proportions are as good as you can get right now. I just hope Kat maintains that and doesn't get any skinnier. Just because Hollywood says you're not good enough to be #1, it shouldn't get into her head and subconsciously want to lose more weight.

That picture is the true primer of how all women should look in that business. And even if NYC's Rockettes aren't as envious as hell...then they can go kick themselves.

I like how they chose to call Katharine AMERICAN IDOL star rather than "finalist" or "runner up" or "second place".

"AMERICAN IDOL star" actually sounds better than "AMERICAN IDOL winner"

Carrie is a very pretty girl and a great person but her legs are way too skinny IMO. I am not familiar with any of the other women's legs. Some sample pictures would have enhanced the articles credibility.

Meanwhile, has anyone else's legs only appeared on wire image???

Has anyone else had hundreds of paparazzi screaming at her "SHOW US YOUR LEGS!"?  I think not.
