There is an article on Yahoo that talks about Idols who aven't really made it the music industry, but have found big success in other entertainment activities. Katharine was one of them due to her acting and modeling.

why they say she failed in the music business, ticks me off, the girl is on her way, to show, recording with babyface- what a joke- this rap crap is on the wayout, some of you are to young to remember conniefrancis, in a way kat, reminds me of her, she just needs the right producer, anybody heard of david foster, looked like she might be giving a good performance in house bunny-she is so beautiful-she has it all!

Her Sexual Assault ended it all.
Katharine has her laid back style along with her simular vocal delivery.

connie francis, I do remember when she was raped, in a motel, but you can go to you tube-put her name in- she does al-di-la, make you cry, she did go on, after the rape. to do perfomances, they are on you tube, what a voice she had!

These writers do no research.....they don't include the fact that Kat's OTR is still on the Billboard charts after 2 years.And what about Over It going gold?And what about the almost 1 million digital downloads for Kat's CD?There are many successful singers who don't sell a truckload of records like a Carrie U or Kelly C!
I still predict,Kat will have the most versatile,blockbuster career of anyone to emerge from Idol!
Slow and steady wins the race!

They don't even realize that she is working with David Foster who has helped produce many albums for some of today's most popular singers.

I don't think Babyface is synonymous with rap. I don't think I've heard fans rave about anything on the album as much as they have EIG.

With Real Love gaining momentum on HAC stations, I think she'll be doing material that would do respectably on different radio formats, which will help. It looks like she's going for good material and taking her time. Then she needs label backing (radio exposure), a pre-Christmas release date, and at least one single/video out before that. In other words she needs what every recording artist except her seems to get with their first album, only it's too late for that, so they need to do that for sure on her second one.

hey groucho, you are well groomed with your words, I thought he was rap, this is a sad story, my sister, lost you yelloew lab, 12 yrs old, cancer, so I bought her a full breaded, 3 month old border collie, on the condition she names the female, Katharine, katharine does affect a lot of lives, with her beautiful self and voice!
