IDK. I have TiVo and there is some kind of USB port so I am assuming that I can just plug it in to my computer and transfer, but I am not sure about yours.

Depends on your DVR. Most are Linux based and you need a program that rips it off the DVR to Windows machine. Just google your question. Here is a link to get you started. Seems like it covers a lot of the brands. http://forum.ecoustics.com/bbs/messages/2/115294.html
