The first time I heard that song I thought "meh.." But after giving it a couple of more listens, I love it! Congrats to Chris. He's expected to sell 270,000 this week, which is very impressive and makes me feel better about how well Kat will do. I think Chris could even outsell Taylor.

270,000 is a prediction. Frankly, I hope Chris realizes those numbers. I'm worried that Katharine's release date is not the best for lofty sales. I know she will continue to excel in 2007, but I'm trying to lower my expectations for first week sales. Kat and Chris might both outsell Taylor. I hope they all hit platinum.

Their predictions are usually lower than the actual sales. I recall them predicting Kellie would sell 70k - 75 and she ended up selling 79k. I'm not sure if Kat and Chris can outsell Taylor with their first week sales, but I believe they both have a very good chance of outselling him in the long run.

I'm so happy for Chris. His CD is really solid, lots of good songs. I hope Katharine can do as well. These Idols are all so talented!

I just listened to Chris sing on Good Morning America. He sang, "It's not over." It's a nice song. I really liked Chris on AI, and I thought he was great live on tour. But I don't know, it was just an ok performance. I have been hearing great things about his album, and I hope he does well. His voice just doesn't affect me that way Kat does.

I'm not a huge fan of Chris' genre, but his album is a very good offering. Apparently it sold 310,000 copies the first week, he is already a star and I wish him continued success.
