Move over Clarkson, there is a new chick in town. It looks like Idol Beauty, Katharine McPhee is destined to claim her spot in the music business as she releases new album - yet to be named. "It's very exciting to be able to do what you love, and to be able to, you know, present yourself out there."

McPhee's upcoming record will make good on its promised titillation on November, 21st with Hip/Hop-oriented sounds as well as the oldschool jazz-y songs. "It's a mixture of everything, actually. I'm working with different producers and the process is going very well. We're throwing in some really cool beats, but we're also doing, you know, the ballads and everything."

The surprises will only be increased from one song to another as she collaborates with one of this year's hottest producers Nate Hills, who recently had the number one song in the country for weeks with Nelly Furtado's Promiscuous battling against sexy colombian singer Shakira's hit song Hips Don't Lie and Justin Timberlake's SexyBack. "I'm definitely thrilled to be working with him, we're doing something very, very different".

Hills also expressed, "It's something you ain't heard before, it's no generic song, it's a hot track, we're bringing sexy back once again with her".

The Idol Runner-up seems to know exactly what she is doing, as she gave Entertainment Weekly an exclusive interview and claimed her fixation for big surprises, especially when it comes to her music career. "I'd rather keep that a surprise -- People in the industry are hearing about what I'm doing, and they're really surprised, and I like that. I like being able to surprise people".

Katharine's new album will be out on November 21st.

There's the tipoff paragraph that proves this is a fakeroo. I think we already know that Kat isn't putting any outright aspects of jazz into her album. If this satirist wanted to make the article more convincing he would have left out the "ballads and everything" line. That gave it all away right there. And when you see the word "titillation" in an article...

These are fun to read anyway--so I hope it's not deleted and just moved to the satire forum. But this is done so straight that it may have to end up in the Fanfic forum instead. I guess this all proves that satire is not only alive and well but also diffuse now. There's so many places on the net where you can write satire and satirical articles. And a lot of them get leaked to other places and passed off as real...because they're being written more and more convincingly. So always keep your guard up when you're reading an article. We're so used to the rhythm of them that you can easily get duped.

Now I'm expecting some news organization to use that subject title in a future Kat article. It's too good not to be used. Though it probably should say ClassyBack instead...
