Another legendary rapper, Snoop Dogg, follows with his Geffen album, The Blue Carpet Treatment, which will go head to head with Daughtry’s self-titled 19 Recordings/RCA bow, both in the 270k range. That would make it the highest Idol non-winner first-week sales total since Clay Aiken. Impressive! Just for those who are intrested and wanted to see how well Chris will do. J-Z is predicted to sell 850k, making it the biggest first-week total of the year. I'm sorry that my post is all crammed together..I can't fix it for some reason. So the prediction in sales for Chris is in the 270K range??? WOW!! That's great news for Chris and I'm very happy for him. However, I really wanted KAT to have the best numbers of any Idol non-winner since Clay Aiken!! I just don't see that happening with a release date so close to Christmas. This waiting is killing me!!! KAT handlers . . . please get her single out PRONTO!!! It's time!

Clay's first week sales was upwards of 600k...lol Chris' first week sales are around what Bo Bice had for his first week. I believe we will see larger overall numbers for Katharine.

That would be great for Chris, but it is only a prediction. Katharine's CD is dropping at an awkward time, and even she admits it. Sales will pick up after the new year and after she performs the new material publicly. I totally agree, a single is needed right NOW.
