I was extremely happy when I saw Carrie's face after Ryan announced Taylor as the winner of AI. She was rooting for Kat cuz she knew Kat really deserved to be the winner of AI 6.

LOL, yeah, when i found out that Carrie is a Kat supporter, that comforted me too, she knows talent, duh! and if you watch the performance (I Made It Through The Rain) when Carrie sang with the Taylor and Kat, if you look closely at Carrie alone, you will notice that when Taylor started singing, approaching Carrie, Carrie was just staring at him blankly, but when Kat came on stage and started singing, on the far right of the screen, while the camera was also panning to the right, you will clearly see Carrie clapping her hands for Kat!

you will not really catch it when you saw the performance only once, i just noticed it the 2nd time i watched the Finale, and when i saw that, i had the hugest smile on my face, and i knew for sure, Carrie's got the McPheever!!

Kitty, I rewatched that performance and you're right. It's subtle and you won't catch it unless you're looking for it. After the first few notes Kat sings she starts clapping, but we see her for most of Taylors performance and she doesn't do that. It's possible she could have during the time she wasn't on screen, but we'll probably never know so let's just assume she didn't.

OMG.. I didn't even realize that David Foster was in the audience .... I was too distracted by Hasselhoff's tears ... hahahaha ..

Thanks for the photo, Vadia! Yeah ... he doesn't look too happy ... Foster and Carrie got the same look ... which was totally different from Hasselhoff's.

lol. thanks for posting. carrie was rooting for katharine to win. at least her experrsion is a lot nicer (and calmer) then mine when i found out that taylor won. i was like eww nooo and started screaming.
