I think Taylor's a good singer and this is not a bash on my part...just reporting what I read, people... but this is what Rolling Stone wrote about "Do I Make You Proud" in the current issue, "On his first single, poor "American Idol" winner Hicks - who's not a bad rootsy soul belter - is forced to growl his way through a dated, overwrought piece of pop hackwork that sounds like the theme song to the world's shittiest Eighties sitcom. Does he make us proud? More like vaguely nauseous". Yikes!!!!!

heehee...i mean, i'm not laughing at Taylor Hicks...why would I do that...I love Rolling Stone, they predicted a Katharine/Chris finale with Katharine winning, which is what should of happened!
