Very nice of her to reply to you. Wow I hope Kat gets better real soon, so you can see her in concert. I feel for all the fans who are missing her, I bet she feels just terrible too! I am going to the concert in August and I know I am excited about seeing her.

hey guys be patient this little girl has to be completly 100% before she does anything Not to be negative its take awhile for this illness she has to come to a end I hope she get well by the 19july so I can see her on the view but you never know had the problem she had took me 1 month to get back to normal shes younger might be better sooner

Even Kat didn't say 21st to be the exactly date. If you reread again, that's what she said, "I am looking to join the tour around the 21st". That's what she hopes. And now many people are taking this date as concrete.
