First of all, sorry to post this in this folder, i dont know where to put. Since this is the most frequently read folder i suppose....

Ok. Nice to know that this fansite has grew stonger. more than 800 members! about two weeks ago i think it was only 500.
That said, i think we can have more member join this site. Look at the number of visitor every day!!! That means there's a lot of people out there who like Kat, but too reluctant to join this site. I know since I also like that before.

Kat I believe has many silent supporters .... its going to take time for them to come out and join the disscussion! as long as the VOTES come in for her, thats all that matters right now. Kat needs all the support she can get. She is NOT SAFE...

Katmeaow - it typically gets alot of chatter on Tuesdays - Thursdays. But I would have to agree if there are 15 members logged in, you would think there would be more discussion.

Just like Katmeaow, a lot joined to download media. Just the way it is. The visitors are mostly reading the forums and checking out the pics. It will get better as Kat moves along.

I post here quite often, but honestly, it could be very difficult and time consuming to post sometimes mainly due to the inflexibility of the software and its bugs. I have to keep refreshing or log in and out to read the threads, and almost 70% of the time I can't see who the thread posters are. The font sizes keep changing big and small. Sometimes, I spend a lot of time answering a thread only to find out a fatal error is encountered when I hit submit and I have to login again. Most of the time, I just said forget it and didn't bother to do it. I believe if the software is more supportive, there will be a significant increase in post count.

I have no intention to complain and blame Chad, the host. In fact, I'm very aprreciative of him putting up this site, otherwise we don't even have a comfortable place for Katharine and us. I know all the frustration he has with the server and the software. It just takes time to improve. I'm actually quite surprised to see the big jump of membership within the past few weeks. Let's keep it up. So, Chad, don't take this as a criticism, actually, my hat is off to you, and you still have my full support, as shown in my post count.

Yes, the site framework is beta, so I basically put it out there for the purpose of testing its durability. However, I was suppose to get upgraded on March 31 and the guys didn't come through. I have a forum devoted to website problems, but not many people complain so it is hard to know what is what. The MAIN problems are cache issues (when caching is fixed 90% of the problems will be gone). They are suppose to be fixed in 4.1 (this site is 4.0.2). I am at the mercy of the framework developers.

Not sure about the font size changes, what browser are you using? Firefox seems to be the best browser for this site. I think IE does some different things with cache and the framework isn't supportive of it.

And no, I do development for a living, so I would never take it as criticism. But it really sucks when I am waiting on other developers to get their work done so that things can be fixed. If people would please start using the website forum to post bugs, I could complain a LOT more than I already do to those developers.

I appreciate your patience and hopefully I will get this straightened out very soon.

Chad - the site is very userfriendly and simple to navigate. Only constructive criticism is that when you post sometimes and hit "Submit" you get a RED fatel Error Message....or something to that effect. FIX IT!!! Just kidding. This site is top notch bro.

Hi guys! Here is my take on this post. I know that when I come to the site, I don't usually login, unless I want to reply to a post like now. But most of the time I just like looking at the posts and seeing what everyone has to say. So in that sense I am shown as a vistor, not a member, because I am not logged in. I am pretty sure that a lot of other members do this as well, maybe cause of the laziness factor? Haha, I don't know. So while I am sure there are a lot more visitors just browsing through this site than members, keep in mind that some of those vistors are actually members but arent logged in. My two cents!

I am a huge Katharine Fan and check this site everyday.  I like to see the new photos and read any current news.  I admit I hardly ever login.  I'll try to remember to login more often.

well i guess i'm not alone...
maybe we can get more people join by organize the media better (not in the thread form like now) and put the list in the homepage of this site. then when people want to download....pop...they need to register.

Oh yea...i think we need to make the forum more "live"

Well... this is my first post here as a member. Just joined this site like 1 minute ago

I just wanna say that... I noticed the no. of members versus no. of visitors on this site too, when I stumbled upon this website like couple of hours ago.

Many people definitely joined for the media downloads. I know I did when I first started supporting Carrie last year.

And people who lurk around as visitors might just be some AI fans who primarily support another contestant but are also interested to find out about Kat, or perhaps Kat might be one of their favs, even if she's not their #1.

Actually, I admit that I am one of those fans too. I might not have the McPheever like many of you ardent fans do, but I do admire Kat a lot. To be very honest, she was my #1 fav during audition stage, but someone else caught my ears (not eyes ) after Top 24 started. But I am still hoping to see Kat in the final 2, and that Kat will show a different side of her in one of her performance soon...

Hope I am still welcomed here, even though I am not a case with high dosage of McPheever

Media used to have its own page, but American Idol lawyers sent me a cease and desist order and therefore it can't have its own page anymore.  The media will remain the way it is and will never ever ever be on the homepage, for the fact I don't want to go to court.  Sorry for the inconvience.
