There was a post on the AI boards regarding buying from vendors who report to Soundscan (listed below is info. on Soundscan from their website). I recall it stating that Borders and Barnes & Nobles do not report their sales to SoundScan, does anyone know if this is true? I have heard that the following retail outlets and on-line stores do report to Soundscan: Tower Records, Amazon.com, Target, WalMart and Best Buy. I'm sure there are others, so please add any additional companies to this post. We should only be buying from those companies that do report to SoundScan, so we can help move Kat's songs up the charts. BTW - We should all be buying any of our favorite artists from a company that reports to SoundScan.
