Finally, this AOL transfer of her CD is much more listenable and enyoyable than from the "kisscleveland" site.
 
Even though sibilance is still noticeable, it's a whole lot better, and her voice is fuller and richer. The subtleties and nuance of her voice can be heard a lot easier on this version. Just listen to the SOTR, it is nothing short of breathtaking! I have high hopes on the CD now, and I love the song "My Destiny" even more. Check it out, you'll definitely love it!

Thanks katidol, i listened both songs and it really sound much much much much better. I can't wait for her cd. I'm sooo excited really.

You know what, I miss it when they clean up a song too much. I like to hear guitar strings being plucked and singers actually breathing. it just sounds real or something. The beginning of OTR sounded more sanitized to me, but less so as it progressed. Maybe just my imagination... And re: Destiny, what I like the very best is not belting out power notes but when she drops down into a lower register...well, croon, for want of a better word. There's where she just gets spine-tingling.

Wow....i mean, I liked it when she sang My Destiny on Idol, and she did pretty good for having cortisone shots in her throat or neck or whatever, but I think they really cleaned up the song and I really like hearing it higher pitched than the idol version. Kat said that they had to lower it because she lost her voice, but I like how much higher they made this version!!!!!!! I am deffinately in LOVE with My Destiny.....


OTR is a little faster paced than it was on Idol and Regis and Kelly, but i like how she goes into falsetto, and then like in that falsetto she goes even higher. I also like he fact that the guitar notes are being plucked, and not strummed. OMG, this sounds sooooooo great. I can't wait to hear her sing these at the Idol concert!!!!!!

I profess to not hearing the difference between the AOL version and the other one. I played them one after the other, and I still don't hear it.

Oh my god, i'm from peru, i watched her on AI, and i knew she was awesome, but i didn't think, she could be even greater that everyone elese on that compeition, i'm pretty sure that if she had sung the song with all the notes (and you know i mean 'hoe different life turn out to BEE..!') SHE UD'VE WON THE COMPETITION....well atleast we'll see her win on the charts,.,... and i was forgetting THANKSS,, THAT IS, BY FAR,, THE BEST SONG I'VE EVER HEARD
