I just want to know if it's legal to upload Kat's Mp3s and Videos(AI performances and TV interviews. I just want to know so i won't have copyright problems.

as long as its not her single or album its fine. as for AI performances and TV interviews we are not hosting them, but you can post a download link such as sendspace or YSI or megaupload.
