Do they take turns on who gets to pick first?  I believe that 2 idol contestants can sing the same song, right?

The only time I remember two contestants singing the same song, was with Carrie and Anthony. I think they choose the song they want to sing and then its at random as to the order of singing? ... I think thats how it is, not sure.
