Hi all,

I need a little advice about whether to spring for Idol tour tix or not.

Obviously, I'd love to see Kat, but I'm wondering if the Idol tour is the best way to do it. Tickets are pricey, and I'm not chomping at the bit to see the other Idols (with all due respect), so I'm wondering if it's best to wait for her to go out on her own when tix may be a bit cheaper.

On the other hand, there's the impatient part of me that figures it'll be awhile before she does any solo gigs and wants to go NOW. As of right now, some halfway decent seats are still left for Columbus, which is closest to me.

One thing I'm curious about is how these Idol tours go. I presume there are group numbers and then each person gets 2-3 solos. How does that work? What are the odds of a meet and greet? That might help me decide.

Thanks in advance!
