Yeah, Diana Degarmo's single debuted at #14!

35 million people saw American Idol on tuesday, so thus the low preorder status probably has to do with how bad the song percievably was. Then again, also the weak preorder status has to do with the lack of support from an entire region of the U.S. (as opposed to the huge support base of the South.)

There is no doubt at all that the figure would be much higher if SOTR were on the single.

The decision to include the compilation tracks as B-sides hurts Kat much more than it hurts Taylor. Taylor doesn't lose by not having "Livin' in the City" on the single. Kat certainly loses by the lack of SOTR.

Somebody really dropped the ball, and this is something that is very troubling.
