I was going to have Katharine wearing the mask, but how could I possibly cover that face? Then I was thinking about adding whiskers, but I'm not sure about that.I might just stick to the ears and the tail.

Excuse my Rorschach Test mind, but I see Kat with horns sitting on a mushroom cloud from the end of Dr. Strangelove.

I couldn't possibly give you any real creative suggestions here, Rich, because you have enough brilliant ideas on your own. Though I will have to forward trsf's suggestion that maybe a clothed photo of Kat would be better...unless this is Katwoman after getting...well, near a shaving razor. That photo was as hot as fire itself, though caused some split opinions.

Anyway, I love these superhero drawing ideas. Not only is it a way to enjoy your artistic skills (believe me, folks, what Rich does here takes some serious skill) but also gives us a chance to visualize Kat in fantasy movie roles that she probably won't ever do, though we won't hold our breath.

Somehow Batgirl seems more intriguing to me, because it would give the darker, brooding side to Kat. C(K)atwoman is more tongue-in-cheek as we all know. Not that Katwoman couldn't be made darker and still provide some cheesy moments...such as a few subtle purrs.

As always, looking forward to your work. And I hope you can get some compensation to pay for the time you put in to drawing them...

Yes, those supposed to be ears look like horns to me, LOL, but then you have to excuse me. Perhaps the whiskers would be a tease, btw, for a more katwoman look indeed. The mask hanging on the side kind of gives me a notion that this katwoman is bare or not properly equipped, or just resting her eyes. LOL. Excuse me there again. So, trsf, putting clothes on could be an option. That cat could be cold by now sitting on a mushroom cloud. But, really, you are so imaginative, Rich. Thanks for sharing. Whenever I see this picture, I get to think how Kat managed to fold those legs in front of the camera without at some point having to act provocatively, but then the camera people are so used to being voyeuristic.

Movie actors like Paul Newman, Jimmy Stewart, Humphrey Bogart, Katharine Hepburn, Lauren Bacall and Bette Davis make me want to live in the era they lived but I could have been just as inspired even now while I watch their work in films.

LOL I meant that to be a cat tower, not a mushroom cloudAs for the ears,I will do a better job ( I think) of making them look like cat ears and not horns.I was thinking of Katwoman as in the old t.v. series, and I think adding clothes would ruin the whole idea allthough I understand and appreciate the suggestion.I could have Katharine wearing the mask, but I hate covering that face(like I did in the last drawing)I've always wanted to draw Katharine from this picture, and of course I always like to add the "superheroine"aspect.I DON'T believe Kat "needs to show some skin" to be attractive, but she is a VERY beautiful woman(and again THANK YOU GOD!!)so I like to express through my art how much I appreciate that fact.I was thinking again about adding whiskers, but it might look alittle to freakish(of course I AM adding a freakish cat tail)I like the Batgirl idea ,but I think I'm all set on (k)catwoman, and if I changed this to a batgirl drawing, then I would definetly have to add more clothes. Please Greg, send me some of your ideas on what batgirl would be wearing if I went in that direction. And everyone please keep the suggestions coming.I haven't started it yet,but I will soon.Whiskers?Tail?More clothes?Mask on?,etc....
Now if you will excuse me, I need to take one of those Rorschach tests
