Thanks Bill for keeping us inform.  I have not been on the All Access nor the mediabase for a while. Hope you will be able to report to us the stations spinning Real Love.  We need another radio eequest campaign going.

NP Lin, I'm trying to coordinate with some E Trainers too. I'm actually getting a bit optimistic for this song. At least one station has it in good mid rotation and it will go top 20 there tomorrow. We are still a week out from the HAC adds date and 2 weeks from the Top 40 date. And CMG is already promoting the song! This week will be interesting to see if we get any stations beyond KONN and demo spins.

Great to see that Concord is spending some $$$ on promotion and actually giving the single a chance to succeed!
Hopefully other markets,Like the Denver station will follow suit and start spinning Real Love.....top 20 will be super!

If this song starts charting, people will have to stop beating up on Randy for whatever he said

Agree,Groucho.Randy is the only judge who has been consistant with his respect for Kat's talent;demonstrated that by including her on his compilation!I don't think Randy would diss Kat.
Simon,on the other hand does,in my opinion,have ulterior motives for conveniently either "forgetting" the runner up of Season 5 or just plain demeaning Kat's marketability.
Let's hope Real Love will give Simon and Paula reason to admit they were actually wrong with their declations!
Wonder who was instrumental in having Simon admit that after Kat's IHN performance?Think it was David??

I just heard it on line from Denver and it seems to be a little sped up to and I really liked the groove that way! The radio edit really is such an improvement!.

So glad that Denver has finally done something decent for Katharine! KONN is not one of the major stations.....I have yet to pull it in, but then again, it does service where I live! I didn't have a chance to try and find it today but I sure will check it out tomorrow!

Hey Moms if you could call the station and give a good response that would be very helpful. We need local response on the song in each market when it does start playing to build reaction. Being in the area is a huge help. Once a day on different shifts is perfect if possible.

Just before the spin a few minutes ago on KONN one ot the E Trainers working with us reported:

Before he played Baby Bash he was talking about Kat and E having a new single out and a lot of ppl talking about it and he would play it after Baby Bash.

So folks seem to be responding to the song in Denver!

Good morning everyone
As an old timer,i am so happy when my gutt feelings are right
Randy has always been in Katharine's corner.Again,he has to work along side Simon and his cronies all year round.Michael John's at the David Foster and Friend's concert,great move.
The dynamic duo may have LL,CU,CD,MC,JH
How ever,take a look at David Foster's'current & future line up of talent.No clone or dog and pony show's.
Each artist is unique and has their own auroa.
The $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ is not David's Savior.

All this new pubicity is great for Katharine,Elliot,and David Foster and Friend's

Randy Jackson deserves a big thank you from all of us Katharine fans

I think I am alone in my take on this. I can't forget how hurtful Randy's words were when Kat sang IHN. Yep, I guess I am harboring some ill feelings but I am still trying to scrape my jaw off the floor after his comment three years later. While Simon (the head stoogie) admitted wrong assessment of Kat's perf and apologized, Randy never said anything to be apologetic other than some condescending comments but never "I was wrong and I am sorry". I am not easily swayed that Randy has Kat's back. I don't know what his actions mean when he decided to include Kat in his project other than $$$$.

The only thing I have to be thankful to Randy for is including Kat in this project as I am really terribly missing her specially while AI is currently going on. Each time I see Elliott, Kelly Pickler and all other runners up perform, I am still very jealous and I just can't understand why AI is dissing Kat. I am harboring another ill feeling and it's about Kat's appearance on AI. She did not get any interview air time. All Ryan could say is "Congratulations on everything that is going on with you"....like, what the hell is going on with her? Does America know?

There....I think I finally got that out of my chest and I apologize to everyone reading my comments. I have bottled this up inside for a long time and I just found an outlet.

Hey Winn....I still can't look at Kat's face when these stooges go off on her after IHN!What's interesting is that several contestants in subsequent years did this same song(LaKisha for one)and Whitney's name was never even mentioned.I think the judges use that"compete with a legend"crap when they want to slow someoneone's progress in the competition...as they did with Kat.She was too good;too professional and maybe they wanted a guy to win.
Anyway,if you want to gloat a little,here's the stooge's apology the next day!Do we think David was instrumental in this????

Maybe she should have done like Elliott did and hold up her left hand with a note in the palm reading

Thel, it appears that he is not gone completely. He is still going to be the Chief Creative Officer of Sony BMG. He is just too old to be president anymore (76 years old) and his replacement is only 49. But there is more happening behind the scenes than what the article is stating. They used the words "RCA shake up".

I think the title,"Chief Creative Officer"sounds like a euphemism for old Clive being put out to pasture with the mad cows of the UK!
As for Leona...the lastest issue of Entertainment Weekly notes she is suffering from"overexposure"......that's putting it mildly!Simon's pimping machine is working overtime.....pure ego trip for him!At 100 million net worth,he certainly doesn't need the money!

His two underlings also got dumped.
As far as him still being there,the title "Creative"is just A FLUFF position.They were nice to to him.As far as Leona Lewis,he has spent a small fortune
promoting her for the last eighteen months after she won the Idol crown in the UK.She has to sell a zillion albums to make back the money he spent.

With all the albums sold by Carrie,Daughtry,and the rest of the group,they have dozen's under contract that have lost them$$$$$$$$$$$
The profit's get eaten up real fast.The tour's are what bring's in the real money,and you can beat your talent into the ground that way.

Dropping a multi talented performer like Katharine i believe was a factor in his demise.He spent very little on her for LL.
Katharine is getting hot in Three direction's,not just one
He has had his glory.One more thing.He also threw Whitney under the bus for LL.That was his good buy kiss and chaser..
Katharine land will all mourn for clive.RIP.
The other hypocrite will get his due in time[SC]The real LL chaser

So if it's true that the PTB make their real money on the tour....they must have saved some big bucks with Kat last summer.....sending our girl out with canned back up tracks instead of spending some $$$ and at least giving her a small,live band.
Of course,that cheap decision was consistant with the general lack of support and promotion given to an artist of Katharine's caliber.Then,of course...it's the blame the victim game for "not having the goods"!Would you send a contractor to build a house without proper tools?

Anyway...it's poetic justice/karma for Clive being exported back home.Hope Simon meets the same fate and soon...and takes Leona with him!
