I'm almost finished with a drawing (Jesus)and then I'll draw Katharine again TWICE
In the meantime, here is some fun manipulations of my favorite Kat picture(by the way, I would LOVE a HQ version of this picture)
PLEASE FEEL FREE TO ADD YOUR OWN!
Richard
(bad irish accent)ahhh Sister Katharine to be sure
Thats 6 faces so far.I hope you guys will add your own.
Rich, you're just trying to make it easier for me to draw around an existing picture, aren't you?
Well, drawing Kat's face really can't compare to the real thing anyway (even though yours stood alone in impressiveness) and maybe doing that hybrid drawing/collage effect would be fun to try if I can find any moment of free time lately in my nearly daily writing schedule.
To be honest, it's been so long since I've drawn anything--I'm afraid of what the results will be.
I have to admit that Kat looks good as a Vulcan, even though I'm never a fan of a Vulcan haircut on any woman. The most impressive ones are the ones utilizing things around Kat's eyes, which just emphasizes them more. Thank God there never was a female version of KISS...much to Gene Simmons' dismay.
Give my strongest points, then, to the one with the Batwoman mask. There's something about those masks on Kat that give her an interesting edge. We already have one photo session of her with a mask (the dominatrix/biker chick hybrid character from last year)--and she has to do more of that. The ninja and nun outfit just hide more of her best features.
So maybe we're all barking up the wrong superhero tree and should root for Kat playing Catwoman, Batgirl or just some other character who needs to wear a small mask around the eye area. Kat needs to emphasize her eyes in movies--because she has the most beautiful eyes of just about any female in Hollywood today.
