Way to go Kat! Can't say I'm at all surprised.
Kat has that way about her that's so desirable and attractive. What could not make her advance higher in the position could be the "sexy" publicity that other women on the list get that she doesn't. Kat is a singer to many people, but as soon as she mixes herself well in the movie industry and ppl start to see her entire physicality, I wouldn't be surprised if she maintains an all-time annual top 50 positioning on that list. And, my friend, she's only 23 (going on 24). I'm a true believer. JBissett is 62 (?) and I still find her attractive (whether she's on that list or not). Where could it really lie? On the eye of the beholder?
