Yes, they are paparazzi pics but Katharine doesn't seem to mind, why should we? And she has never looked more beautiful.
I think the "Newhall coffee roasting company" should put her on the payroll. could they find a lovelier spokesperson? And this is without even trying.
Only in California - short sleaved padded jacket with a fur (fake I'm sure) collar.
I think this first one is going to be one of my favourite pictures of her ever. Thanks paparazzi, sometimes you do something good for the world.
Great shots, thanks. I agree with the first pic.
Newhall, ahh, not Starbucks, why not. Who cares about the difference in brand? Well, sometimes we do really. Papa Dan or Honey Nick might be stockholders of Newhall.
Anyway, I wonder what flavor?
Hey Groucho and Pheenomenon, what's in your coffee?
Mattsie -- Peppermint Mocha or Hazelnut Latte
I like coffee that tastes like coffee, not like hazelnuts or irish cream or peppermint.
Some more showed up, even larger versions. 12 that include 4 of the 5 previous ones but not of my favourite one. So somewhere out there is a 2100 x 3150 of this. Click for gallery:
It's a good thing Kat's more coordinated than I am. In that 5th pic, Kat's walking and looking straight ahead while taking a sip, which is usually what I'm doing right before my drink spills all over my shirt. Oh, I'm a tea guy. (Hot chocolate on my rare visits to Starbucks.)
Wow! B-E-A-UUUUUTIFUL! But, of course, she always is! I expecially love the one with her turned to the side, her hair blowing in the wind! Amazing! Even just casually walking down the street, drinking some coffee, someone could mistake her for an angel! I wonder what kind of coffee she drinks? I am a HUGE coffee/cappucino fan too!!! Good to see Kat is too! This seems to remind me of those photos from the summer after Idol with her and her frozen coffee! And then that video blog with her drinking her starbucks...maybe thats why she was so hyper in that one!
I'm not going to keep fighting the paparazzi thing guys, at least for now. I plan on asking Katharine how she feels about it, and I reserve the right to modify my stance at that time.
So for now you can keep posting these, but I'm going to ask 3 things:
#1 The photos come from a webzine or major outlet such as WireImage. #2 The photos are complimentary and portray Kat in a good light. #3 Kat appears "comfortable" and not to be particularly bothered in the photos.
These photos meet the criterea, but some rather "infamous" photos circulating elsewhere lately DO NOT. Use your good judgement.
That sounds good Bill... I wasn't too sure on what to do about the photos, so I wanted to leave it up to you to decide what was best.
Yes thanks for posting simon, these are beautiful
^When you do as many swag events as Kat does--product placement starts becoming routine.
Well, for those curious, here's the website for the Newhall Coffee Roasting Company: www.newhallcoffee.com/
Who knows what connection Kat or Nick may have to it--but it was founded by two brothers back in the mid-90s and located in Santa Clarita Valley (or Newhall, CA). They may be giving Starbucks a run for their money in Southern Cali--hence maybe Nick or Kat having its stock. Those kind of future stock investments are smart if that's why she's promoting them.
One thing those unitiated will soon learn: Anything Kat holds up to a camera WILL be investigated by hundreds of people if not thousands. So no wonder she's in such high demand to hold up products at that annual Golden Globe event as well as others. Somehow she convinces you that what she's holding up will make everything right with the world. Kat is Madison Avenue's dream--and I think she'll be doing advertising for years...until she becomes too big a superstar. Then again, she's just that type, enjoys it, and would probably continue to advertise even in superstardom.
By the way, that first photo is so amazing and posed that you almost think it's a professional coffee ad in a major fashion magazine. Come on, Newhall Coffee, and use that photo in a magazine ad somewhere to expand your enterprise. After all, we're all tired of seeing Starbucks on every street corner of the world...
As a matter of fact (AAMOF), Greg, I prefer the local Fred Meyer's coffee to Starbucks, and it's even cheaper by a dollar. And, Simon, of course I love the smell of just pure coffee. I usually take a grande americano (with double shots of espresso) and leave room for creamer, in case, and Fred makes it better than Starbucks. You should try it when you get to Fred, if ever. I wonder if I could like Newhall as well. Believe me, I like all kinds of coffee. I just have to feel something or be curious to try another flavor. I have a weird sense of mixing flavors too, for experimentation, as in making cocktails when in the bar. The scientific side of me, I guess. No hard and fast rule.
