It is great to see Kathairne in a natural setting like this. Of course she is absolutely take-your-breath-away gorgeous. She is so good with the camera - it loves her and she loves it right back.

Sounds like we can thank the bunny movie for damping Katharine's desire to have children too soon.

Thanks for this!Kat is so totally stunning and,as always, I love her spontaneity and candor!So refreshing to see Kat represent the grounded sector of celebrity women....she should be a role model,not just for young girls,but for her contemporaries who are in the process of going astray!

Thanks - my computer simply will not handle a lot of download formats, for reasons of its own which it has never seen fit to vouchsafe unto me. I'm happy if I just get to see stuff at all. Gotta go fish!!

Okay, those were fun. She looked so naturally gorgeous, and I love watching her with her mom. From watching those old Idol video snippets, it looked like when they were in the studio having serious voice lessons, mom was all business and less mom and more The Teacher, and K. was The Student. But everywhere else, and especially now that the kid is out on her own, you can see that they're great friends. Even though she may have tamed the fantasy for now, I think people who have a good relationship with their own mother have an easier time fitting into that role themselves when the time comes.

Mine either.  the person who uploaded them was ASX format, and you need a file converter or certain player that plays ASX files.

Those little vid segments are outstanding--so thanks for finding those. It's also the first time in a long time I've seen Kat and Peisha interact with one another at an event caught on video. And because Kat's a master at pretending to talk to people at a table (see that video called "Love Story" )--it's gratifying to see that Kat really does seem to enjoy having a decent conversation with her mother when together having lunch. I think we've all known people who would rather be six-feet-under than sit at any table with their mothers. Well, hell--I've seen some people who even sit in cold silence with a girlfriend or boyfriend at a restaurant. But those are the kind of people we probably wouldn't want to know.

In any case, I can relate to having a good relationship with your mother. I always have...and I'm glad to see Kat expressing the same thing here. Sure, they've had their differences (Peisha's been interviewed about that)--but that's all part of the process. What matters is whether your parents are a great support system when you need it. Fortunately, they always have been (and will probably continue to be) there for Kat when the pressures of show business get to her. Britney and Lindsay secretly cry out for the same thing...even though they don't want to admit it.

I'm just hoping that others in Hollywood who don't have that parental support will see this and feel inspired to seek out someone who can fill those shoes if their parents aren't available to because of death or estrangement. Others can fall under those categories if the celebrity is willing to accept it.
