^There's one freaking cold keyboard player behind Kat...and not the least bit happy about it.

I know what it's like, because I've had to perform on the piano when you feel like your fingers are going to fall off from being cold. There's nothing like keeping your hands warm in your pockets...if only you could put little heaters inside your pockets.

Seeing Kat's musician personnel there--it's obvious these aren't her usual bunch. There's a different backup singer (no Crystal Stark) and the freaking cold keyboard player isn't the usual. Her regular one (I still can't recall his name) is her music director. So, there must have been a scheduling conflict with her musicians and they either used ones hired out through 'CI' or different ones traveled along with Kat from L.A.

Some great shots there showing Kat obviously having a blast performing another mini-concert. The excitement of performing in another country with a fanbase you didn't know you had must be exhilarating. That's enough to turn the cold off in your mind. It's amazing that Kat seems to adapt pretty well to different climates without looking like she's crawled into an ice cube. Let's hope she won't be asked to perform in Saskatoon during winter...but a lot of performers DO go up there to do concerts in the dead of winter.

I guess I've seen some clips of 'Canadian Idol'--but I had to do a Google search to see the judges and hosts of the show. Seeing the pic below showed me that they picked people who look similar to Randy, Simon...and even Ryan. Ben Mulroney seems to have the same personality as Ryan does--though perhaps more likeable and not a magnet of insults or gay rumors:
