hey y'all!

okay, so i have been waiting for this moment for a friggin' LONG time
and i'm happy to announce that my first single from my new album "my
december" will be hitting the airwaves april 11th!!!!! ahhhhhh!!!!!!
it's called 'never again' and i can't wait for y'all to hear it!! i'm so
excited! y'all have NO idea how excited, seriously!! i know y'all have
been waiting but just imagine having the music for months and not being
able to show anyone ....it's torture!! i hope y'all like it! the album
is very much a story of my life and as you know my life is usually very
intense with lots of roller-coaster rides. this is my favorite album
thus far! it's got some killer rock stuff, some fun soulful tracks, some
beautiful and intimate slower songs, and it's all me so here's to hoping
you like it, haha! my album will be dropping this summer (FINALLY)
.....and i'm touring again this summer as well and i can't wait to see
y'all .....as you can tell i'm having a really great day and i'm very
excited about it but sometimes you have to just embrace the nerd inside
you and go with it!

I'M SO EXCITED THAT Y'ALL ARE GONNA HEAR THE NEW STUFF!!!!!!

Awesome news!  I can't wait to hear Kelly sing it on "Idol Gives Back" nite, that show's going to be so good, really looking forward to itl  Gosh, another kick-ass female artist releasing a CD this year.  The year 2007 has had some great female artists releasing CDs:  Norah Jones, Kat, Joss Stone and Kelly Clarkson.  I'm really looking forward to Kelly's 3rd CD, especially since she's written the songs and poured her heart and soul into it.

K101 is giving Kelly's new sing alot of spins...sound contemporary rock to me with alot of instrumentals.

Anyone else heard it yet?

At 4:29 today I heard the dj say he had a copy and would play it at 3:45. I don't know what he meant! He played another Kelly song about 4:48 but nothing new.

Haven't heard Over It in a while either ...

Apparently K101 was playing a remix of Never Again.  Pulse Music has capped the original versions off a station broadcast.

Yes I heard it on K101 as well. I didn't care for it much first shot out the gate. Seemed to run on and the instruments really overpowered her voice. Not a lot of coherency and no real hook that you can remember. Just okay. But a tune that I think is the kind that can grow on you. We will see after more listens.

I completely agree. Kelly is awesome and I really cant wait to hear her on Idol Gives Back. I love her new single.

I heard it today. Not my all time favorite of hers, but definitely better than a lot of songs playing now. I think it will grow on me. And I plan to buy her cd.
