Katharine McPhee needs to write Didi Benami a thank-you note. As a result of Didi's performance of Terrified during the "lines" episode of American Idol, downloads of Katharine's track increased by nearly 10,000 percent, from a couple hundred the week before to nearly 20,000.

a wonderful surprise. I always have wondered how songs are selected for these lists that idol competitors select their songs from.
Bill, any idea how Terrified wii place on Billboard charts?

I doubt it will make the Billboard Hot 100 because it has no airplay but it should make the Top Digital tracks. My guess is somewhere near 100 on the chart going by last weeks one.
