Groucho- Thanks for posting. I know I am beating a dead horse with these thoughts. However I seriously have to ask any Katharine fan how you could object to her releasing an album with this type of music. She is just MAGICAL singing these songs.

Rilster, I don't "object" to her releasing any kind of music she wants. I just defend her right to release whatever she wants, whether it's standards or pop or whatever. This IS a beautiful song done splendidly by her.

BTW what does she say when that plate drops?

And I agree Barlo. I don't object to Kat releasing that kind of music, but not if it's something she's not interested in doing as a career. Just like with a Christmas album though, I think she would likely do it as a one-off sort of thing.
