Hey Tayl !!!, How's it going!!!. I just wanted to say that I admire the way you're handling this situation, with such humour and a positive attitude. Keep going this way!  . And if you feel sad at time, just listen to one of Kat's songs, they'll cheer you up . I'm praying for you from the other side of the world. I hope you get a  as soon as possible!.

Much Love ~ Tay~ by the way, heres a quick update, I am now on a heart and lung machine... it works as my heart and lungs... :S.... I am not really stable to breathe on my own right now.... |

Evereyone.. I have an important announcement to make .... Today.. at 5:37 AM...I got a phone calll.... they have found me a heart... also I got an email.. from a Mrs. McPhee... and I guess someone told her about everything.. she new part of it, but not all of it.. and I wasn't exactly going to tell her... but she wants to call me... so we'll see what happens.. thanks for the support, thuoghts and prayers... now I need to go find Yuv.. asap!!!! |

OMG, Tay, I'm so happy they found a heart for you. You sound like just the sweetest most fun person ever. When is the surgery scheduled for? Also, I'm so glad to hear that Mama Piesha wants to talk with you. That's wonderful and I bet you'll get a visit (at least by phone) from Kat as well. Wishing you the very best. |

I am getting ready to go under anastesia very soon... in like 15 minutes.. I need to go like now.. My surgery is at 5:00 it should end at least by 2:00.. and I probably won't wake up until tomorrow in late morning. I got the SWEETEST message from Peisha by phone.. I was consulting with the nurses and surgeons and my phone was not with me... *sighs* but she left me a voicemail message and it said.. that she wanted to tell me they are praying for me and wish me the best and are sending lots of love my way... her and Kat both.. she said that like twice..lol.. It brought me to tears.. she is SOOO nice. I love her!! I lvoe you all too! thanks so much!!! ~ Tay ~ |

Im sorry for all the stuff you are going through.. Im glad they found you a knew heart..! That is wonderful!!!!!!!! I hope you the best and even though i dont know you it still makes me sad that you have to go through this. You will be in my prayers as well. Best of luck !

I'm not a doctor but I wouldn't be surprised if we don't hear anything for a while. When a part of your body has been injured or operated on the idea is to keep it as immobolized as possible for as long as possible. Of course you can't do this with a heart! So instead, the recipient has to be kept very calm and still as any physical or emotional effort can put stress on the heart. I really doubt she will be allowed to even sit up or move around for several days. She'll be all hooked up to monitors and machines and maybe even sedated too. Also they will be keeping visitors to a minimum to prevent any possibility of infection as I believe they will be suprressing her immune system so that she doesn't reject the heart.
So keep the same faith in Taylor that we had in Katharine. Just because we haven't heard anything for a few days does not mean that everything is not going exactly as it should.
